Financial Reporting:Preparing and maintaining daily/monthly reports related to finance and insurance activities.
Relationship Management:Building and maintaining relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and favorable loan terms.
Compliance:Ensuring all financial transactions and paperwork comply with relevant regulations and dealership policies.
Training:Educating the sales team on available finance and insurance options and their benefits.
Problem-Solving:Addressing customer concerns related to financing and resolving any issues that arise during the sales process.
