We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, including GST compliance, inventory accounting, and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with accounting software and a solid understanding of Indian taxation laws and inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Tally/Zoho/Busy or other accounting software.

• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and handle reconciliation.

• Ensure timely recording and reconciliation of purchase and sales transactions.
  
  

• Manage inventory accounting – track inward/outward stock movement, stock valuation, and reconcile physical vs system stock.
  
  

• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams for stock and invoice accuracy.

• Generate and maintain ledgers, trial balance, P&L statements, and balance sheets.

• Assist in TDS compliance, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.

• Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.

• Monitor receivables and payables to ensure healthy cash flow.

• Lead end-to-end finance operations including budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.

-Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com).

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.

• Solid understanding of GST regulations, inventory management, and basic Indian tax laws.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Busy / Excel.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and time management skills.
