Job Description: Billing & Invoicing Executive (Tally Expert)

Position: Billing & Invoicing Executive
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: sanwer Road / indore
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate sales invoices using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

• Manage and maintain billing records, credit/debit notes, and delivery challans.

• Track receivables and follow up on pending payments.

• Coordinate with the accounts team for GST filing and reconciliation.

• Assist in monthly closing activities related to billing and invoicing.

• Generate and maintain reports for management, including sales reports and outstanding reports.

• Handle purchase entries, sales entries, and journal vouchers in Tally.

• Ensure accuracy in tax calculations (GST, TDS) and compliance with applicable laws.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

• Good understanding of billing and accounting processes

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and other office tools

Educational Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or any related field

Preferred Qualities:

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Organized, punctual, and responsible
