We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager with a strong background in real estate or banking. This role involves managing overall finance and accounts functions including budgeting, banking, project finance, taxation, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate must possess solid analytical skills and a proven track record of handling finance operations for projects or corporate finance environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Accounting:

Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements. Ensure accurate ledger posting and reconciliations. Maintain books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards

2. Statutory Compliance:

 Filing and compliance related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC

 Liaison with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities

Monitor adherence to RERA, ROC filings, and company law compliance

3. MIS & Internal Controls-:

Generate periodic MIS reports for management. Perform variance analysis for budget vs actual. Strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs

4. Receivables, Payables & Cash Flow Management: Oversee AR/AP processes, follow-up with clients for collections. Monitor day-to-day cash flow, fund planning, and vendor payments.
