Job Title: ERP Specialist (JS1 Software) – Garments Industry

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist with hands-on expertise in JS1 ERP software and a background in the garments/apparel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our ERP system to align with operational and production needs. Experience in garment manufacturing processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support JS1 ERP software across departments (production, inventory, merchandising, etc.)

• Customize reports and workflows based on user and management needs

• Coordinate ERP-related troubleshooting and training

• Analyze business processes and recommend system enhancements

• Work closely with IT, operations, and production teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency

• Lead ERP implementation or upgrade projects when needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience with JS1 ERP software

• Minimum 2 years in the garments or textile industry

• Strong understanding of garment production cycles, inventory control, and supply chain processes

• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Familiarity with SQL and data reporting tools is a plus
