We are looking for an experienced IT Executive with strong knowledge of ERP software. The role involves managing all ERP modules, providing training to new joiners, and coordinating with the website development team for integration and technical support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ERP systems.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience in user training and technical support.

• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain ERP software across all modules.

• Provide training and onboarding support to new employees on ERP usage.

• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and ensure smooth operations.

• Coordinate with the website developer for system integrations and updates.

• Generate reports and assist departments in ERP-related tasks.
