Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, and closing sales for ERP software solutions. This is a target-based role that requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a good understanding of the sales process in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals.
Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the technical team to align client expectations and solution delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1–2 years of proven experience in IT or ERP software sales.
Strong understanding of ERP products (like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
