The E-Commerce Payment Reconciliation Executive is responsible for ensuring complete and accurate reconciliation of sales and payments received from various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. This role involves analyzing payment reports, verifying deductions, maintaining financial accuracy in Tally, and supporting management through timely reporting and process optimization.
· Handle end-to-end reconciliation of payments from multiple e-commerce platforms.
· Download and analyze payment, settlement, and fee reports from seller panels for accuracy.
· Match order-wise sales data with Tally entries and bank statements to identify short, excess, or pending payments.
· Maintain platform-wise reconciliation sheets, dashboards, and documentation for tracking settlements and financial accuracy.
· Verify commissions, courier charges, TCS, penalties, and other deductions as per platform policies.
· Coordinate with internal teams and marketplaces to resolve mismatches, chargebacks, or payment discrepancies.
· Prepare weekly and monthly MIS, P&L, and margin analysis reports for management review.
· Recommend automation and process improvements to enhance reconciliation efficiency and accuracy.
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
· Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
· Understanding of e-commerce financial operations, settlement cycles, and fee structures.
· Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS accounting preferred.
