E-commerce Billing Manager

We are looking for an E-commerce Billing Manager to join our team at Salve Pharmaceuticals Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹30000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage order-to-invoice process for e-commerce sales (Amazon, Flipkart, Website, B2B).

• Prepare and maintain customer invoices, debit/credit notes, and GST entries.

• Handle daily reconciliations of sales, returns, and payment settlements from portals.

• Monitor account receivables & payables and coordinate with finance for timely settlements.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and company financial policies.

• Maintain records in Tally PRIME and generate periodic financial reports.

• Prepare MIS reports (sales, collections, outstanding payments, etc.) in Excel.

• Liaise with internal departments (operations, warehouse, sales) to ensure accuracy in billing.

• Coordinate with auditors and finance teams for monthly/annual closing.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce / Accounts / Finance.

• Proficiency in Tally PRIME and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).

• Experience in E-commerce billing/accounting preferred.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
