Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Control & Debt Collection

  • Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments.

  • Contact clients via phone, email, or letters to chase overdue invoices.

  • Negotiate payment plans and ensure adherence to credit terms.

• Account Management

  • Allocate incoming payments accurately to customer accounts.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all collection activities and correspondence.

• Credit Risk Assessment

  • Conduct credit checks on new customers and set appropriate credit limits.

  • Review and update existing customer credit limits based on payment history.

• Reporting & Reconciliation

  • Prepare regular reports on aging debtors, cash forecasts, and risk exposure.

  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for.

• Order processing

• Punching orders and time to time sending the updating the ledgers of clients.
