Handle Provident Fund (PF) and Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) related compliance for all employees.
Ensure timely PF & ESI registration of new joiners.
Prepare and submit monthly PF & ESI returns as per statutory deadlines.
Maintain employee records and update PF & ESI details in HRMS/portal.
Liaise with EPFO & ESIC offices for queries, inspections, and issue resolution.
Process PF withdrawals, transfers, and advances as per employee requests.
Handle ESI benefits claims including medical reimbursement and sickness benefit.
Keep updated with changes in labour laws related to PF & ESI.
Prepare compliance reports for management review.
Support internal and external statutory audits.
Requirements:
Knowledge of PF, ESI rules & regulations.
Hands-on experience with EPFO & ESIC portals.
