Their main job is to keep the company safe from legal trouble by checking that everything is done according to the government loss and industry standards

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure legal compliance

Maintain records and documents

Handle PF, ESI and Labor laws

Prepare reports and Filing

Monitor changes laws

JOB REQUIREMENT:

The minimum qualification for this role is Bachelors' degree in commerce, law, and business administration and experience range from 6 months to 1 year. Candidate applying should have knowledge of PF, ESI, Factories Act and other labor laws is often required.
