1. Ensuring Statutory Compliance Like PF, ESIC & LWF Preparation of Muster Roll / Wage register, Online Challan Preparation of PF, ESIC & PT Challans, Legal Statutory, returns like Bonus/ Maternity, Pay Roll, Good Knowledge of Labour Laws etc.
2. Should have knowledge with regards to Maintenance of various records/Register under Contract Labour Act and submission of returns under said act.
3. Experience on preparation of Salary/Over Time in software is preferable.
4. Statutory Compliance / Inspection Related to PF & ESI
5. Timely submission of Statutory Contribution and Compliances.
6. As follow Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act,1970
7. As follow Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act 1965
8. As follow Payment of Bonus Act 1965
9. As follow Payment of Gratuity Act 1972
10. As follow Minimum Wages Act,1948
11. As follow EPF Act 1952
12. As follow ESI Act, 1948
13. Collect daily, weekly or monthly compliance timesheets.
14. Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
15. Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions.
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
17. Should have good working knowledge in Excel.
