Job Description – Junior Compliance & Tax Associate

Location: Sec 12A, Dwarka

Qualification: Graduate (B.Com preferred)

Experience: 1–2 years

Role Overview

We are hiring a Junior Compliance Associate with 1–2 years’ experience in a CA or CS firm or accountant or any similar setup. The candidate should have very basic knowledge of GST, ROC filings and very basic of accounting terms, along with the ability to read and write simple English.

Key Responsibilities

• Filing of individual ITRs, GST returns, and Company Law annual compliances (AOC-4, MGT-7, etc.)

• Assisting in basic reconciliations, and documentation related thereto

• Maintaining compliance records and coordinating for data collection

• Drafting simple emails and vouchers in English

• Supporting seniors in day-to-day compliance activities

Required Skills

• Graduate with 1–2 years relevant experience

• Knowledge of MS Office

• Responsible, and willingness to learn
