Job Description:

We are hiring Collections Executives for MSwipe, a prominent name in financial services, through our partner WE Collect. The role focuses on contacting customers who have defaulted on personal loan repayments and assisting in the recovery of outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities:

· Call customers who have missed their personal loan due dates.

· Follow up on pending payments politely but firmly.

· Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and recovery status.

· Ensure daily recovery targets are met while maintaining quality standards.

· Work only on collections-related processes (no sales or cross-functional duties).

· Provide clear and accurate updates to reporting supervisors.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

· Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

· Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.

· Experienced candidates with DRA certification will be given preference.

Salary:

· Freshers: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month

· Experienced: ₹19,000 – ₹22,000 per month
