We are looking for female candidates with excellent communication skills and strong presence of mind to handle our client payment collection operations. The role primarily involves interacting with customers who have purchased plots from the company and ensuring timely payment collection as per schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients through phone calls to remind and follow up on due payments.

• Maintain a daily record of calls made and responses received.

• Work on a provided target sheet and ensure consistent achievement of collection goals.

• Update payment status and client feedback in the company database.

• Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for payment tracking and confirmation.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through polite and professional communication.

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken communication skills (Hindi & English).

• Quick reflexes and ability to handle client queries confidently.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and call record management.

• Professional attitude, punctuality, and discipline.

Preferred Candidate:

• Female candidates with good interpersonal and convincing skills.

• Prior experience in tele-calling, collections, or customer service will be an advantage.
