Job Summary:

We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our team at our Mundka office. This is a sitting (in-office) role. The candidate will be responsible for making payment follow-up calls, maintaining collection records on Google Sheets, and coordinating with the accounts team for client payment slips.

Key Responsibilities:

Call clients/customers to follow up on pending payments.

Maintain an up-to-date collection tracker using Google Sheets.

Coordinate with the Accounts Team to collect payment slips and updates on received payments.

Share reminders, invoices, and account statements with clients via WhatsApp and email.

Regularly update the collection status and follow-up dates.

Escalate delayed or disputed payments to the reporting manager.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of collection records.

Candidate Requirements:

graduates preferred.

2-3 years of experience in collections,

Must have working knowledge of Google Sheets.

Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).

Familiarity with email and WhatsApp communication.
