Key Responsibilities

Visit customers/clients for payment collection and recovery.
Follow up on overdue accounts through field visits and phone calls.
Negotiate repayment plans with customers when required.
Update collection status and customer feedback in the system.
Maintain daily collection reports and documentation.
Ensure adherence to company compliance and ethical collection practices.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding disputed or unresolved accounts.
Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets.
