The Audit & Taxation Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of clients including:

· Finalization of accounts.

· Planning and executing audit engagements.

· Handling client queries and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Computation of tax provision, computation of provision for deferred tax assets/liabilities, tax reconciliation for group reporting on a quarterly basis, and ensuring timely payment of advance tax.

· Review of Tax Audit schedules/details and ensure completion of Tax Audit within the allowed time frame.

· Appearing for Scrutiny Assessments & Appeals in Income Tax and Sales Tax. Review and preparation of replies to notices.

· Liaise with clients to provide the best solutions as a chartered accountant.

· Provide sound financial advice to clients, keeping in mind the financial regulatory laws.

· Oversee the duties of the taxation team & CA articles.

· Offer individuals and corporations tax planning, compliance, and advising services.

· Provide clients with risk management solutions and strategic financial guidance.

· Keep up with any changes to tax laws, accounting rules, and financial reporting requirements.

· Work together to resolve financial difficulties and concerns with clients, co-workers, and regulatory agencies.

· Managing team of Articles and employee.

· New client on boarding process.

· Due date management (Income Tax Audit, ROC, GST annual returns)
