Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented female Chartered Accountant (ACE-qualified or Semi-Qualified) to join our Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career professional who is looking to gain practical exposure to core finance functions such as accounting, compliance, reporting, and budgeting under the mentorship of senior finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & General Ledger Maintenance

• Support in day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries and ledger postings

• Assist with bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and invoice validation

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards

2. Statutory & Internal Audit Support

• Coordinate with auditors for audit schedules and data requirements

• Respond to audit queries and ensure closure of observations

3. Taxation and Statutory Compliance

• Assist in preparation and timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns

• Maintain and update statutory registers and documentation for compliance audits

4. MIS and Financial Reporting

• Contribute to monthly MIS preparation and data analysis

• Prepare reports on revenue, expenses, and key financial metrics

5. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in developing annual budgets and rolling forecasts

• Monitor actual performance vs. budget and support in variance analysis

6. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

• Participate in internal control audits and risk assessments

• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest corrective measures

7. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with departments like Procurement, HR, and Operations for invoice verification and data gathering

• Support finance team in administrative and ad-hoc reporting tasks

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance regulations

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and any ERP/accounting system

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Compensation:

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on qualification and interview performance)-Negotiable -Gross Salary
