Candidate Profile – Internship Opportunity

Position: Intern – Direct & Indirect Taxation and Corporate Compliance
Location: Jangpura Extension, New Delhi, India
Firm: MASAR & Co., Chartered Accountants

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our team. The internship will provide hands-on exposure to Income Tax, GST, and MCA compliances. This is an excellent opportunity for CA/CS/CMA candidates who want to learn taxation, compliance, and corporate law practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and companies.

• Support in GST compliances, including GST return filing, reconciliation, and responding to notices.

• Work on ROC/MCA compliances such as annual filing, company incorporation, and related documentation.

• Conduct basic research on tax and regulatory updates.

• Assist seniors in drafting replies to notices and maintaining compliance trackers.

• Provide support in audit and documentation as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Pursuing or completed CA Inter / CS Executive / CMA Inter.

• Basic understanding of Income Tax Act, GST law, and Companies Act.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

• Good communication and drafting skills.

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team environment.

Duration

• 12 Months commitment (minimum)

• Stipend: Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000

Certificate of Internship will be provided on successful completion. Five days working. No Work from Home. Leaves and other benefits are allowed as per our staff policy.
