Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.

• Review and verify billing information, including product details, quantities, and prices.

• Maintain records of billing activities and transactions.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing-related issues.

• Collaborate with the accounts department to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Assist with financial data entry and reconciliation.
