Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and account-related queries
Handle cash and ensure accurate transactions
Maintain and update customer records and documents
Support back-office tasks such as data entry and filing
Promote bank products and services to customers
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies
Provide general administrative support to branch staff
