About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Compliance Executive with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The candidate should possess sound knowledge of Income Tax Return (ITR) filing, GST return filing, Tax Audit procedures, and MCA compliances. The role demands accuracy, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple compliance-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies.

• Filing of GST returns (Regular & Composition scheme) and reconciliation of GST data.

• Assisting in Tax Audits including drafting reports and coordinating with auditors.

• Handling MCA compliances including ROC filings, annual returns, and related secretarial work.

• Maintaining proper records and ensuring timely compliance with statutory deadlines.

• Communicating with clients and providing necessary support on tax and compliance matters.

• Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ITR filing, GST filing, Tax Audits, and MCA compliances.

• Strong knowledge of Income Tax Act, GST Act, and Companies Act.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.) and online government portals (Income Tax, GST, MCA).

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ability to meet deadlines.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting or a related field.

• Candidates pursuing or completed CA/CS/ICWA (Inter/Final) will be preferred but not mandatory.
