Position: Account Assistant

Qualification:

M.Com (Master of Commerce)

Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, Income Tax, and other applicable taxes.

Proficiency in Tally ERP software.

Experience:

2 to 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in an engineering/manufacturing company.

Hands-on experience in handling GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting records in Tally.

Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.

Handle supplier/vendor invoices and payment processing.

Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

Ensure compliance with all taxation and company accounting policies.

Manage petty cash and bank reconciliations.
