Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain day-to-day accounting for clients using Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or other accounting software.

• Prepare ledger entries, bank reconciliations, journal vouchers, and monthly financial statements.

• Assist in finalization of accounts.

Statutory Compliance

• Handle GST filing, GST returns, reconciliation and compliance.

• Prepare and file TDS returns, advance tax computation, and 26AS reconciliation.

• Support in Income Tax return (ITR) preparation for individuals and businesses.

• Maintain statutory records and documentation.

Audit Support

• Assist in statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit assignments.

• Prepare audit schedules, collect required documents, and coordinate with clients.

• Support CA in audit reporting and compliance verification.

Client Coordination

• Communicate with clients to collect data, resolve queries, and ensure timely submission of records.

• Provide basic consultation related to accounting, GST, TDS, and compliance status.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, agreements, and financial papers.

• Prepare MIS reports as needed.

• Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of client financials.
