We are hiring a Assistant Manager -Accounts with B.com , M.com (CA Inter preferred) and 5–7 years of experience, preferably from the Garments or Socks industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations
Prepare financial statements and MIS reports
Ensure timely vendor payments and inventory costing
Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits
Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at Aov Agro Foods Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹30000 - ₹40000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Check & manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, and expenses.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and budget forecasts.
Balance/match bank statements and ensure timely completion of tax filings.
Audit financial records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Analyze financial data to provide insights on the company’s liquidity and financial health.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
5–7 years of relevant experience (garment/socks industry preferred)
Proficient in Tally/SAP & MS Excel
Good knowledge of GST, TDS & financial reporting
Strong analytical and communication skills
