Their accounts receivable team plays a critical role in ensuring timely collections and maintaining financial integrity.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the finance team. The ideal candidate will manage incoming payments, maintain accurate records, follow up on outstanding balances, and support various A/R operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process and verify invoices, receipts, and related documentation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date A/R records.

Post payments to customer accounts and manage bank deposits.

Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up via phone, email, and letters.

Generate A/R aging and collection performance reports.

Assist with reconciliations and financial audits as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable.

Strong accounting and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).

Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).

High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience in streamlining or improving A/R processes and reporting.
