Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts
payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
● Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
● Manage cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds for operational needs
● Monitor and analyze financial performance, budgets, and cost control
● Ensure timely and accurate GST filings, tax compliance, and audits
● Supervise and mentor junior finance staff (e.g., Account Executive)
● Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners
● Maintain accurate financial records using Tally, Excel, and Zoho CRM
● Provide strategic financial insights to the management team and support decision-
making
