Key Responsibilities:
Managing Financial Transactions:
This includes handling accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and managing bank reconciliations.
Maintaining Financial Records:
Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger and other relevant systems.
Preparing Financial Reports:
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensuring Financial Compliance:
Working with other departments to ensure the company adheres to financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Assisting with Budgeting and Forecasting:
Supporting the budgeting process and providing financial analysis to help with forecasting.
Reconciling Accounts:
Investigating and resolving any discrepancies in financial records.
Preparing Tax Returns:
Assisting with the preparation and submission of tax returns and other statutory filings.
Client Communication:
Responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Sales and Business Development:
In some cases, Account Executives may also be involved in sales activities, such as identifying new leads, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
