Job Summary:

We are hiring a Finance & Accounts Manager to take charge of our financial operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong accounting background with mandatory prior experience in a Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm. This role demands a hands-on leader with a solid grasp of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end handling of accounts and finance functions

• Compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax (ITR) regulations

• Preparation and finalization of financial statements

• Coordinating with auditors, internal teams, and regulatory bodies

• Budgeting, variance analysis, and cash flow management

• Supervision of day-to-day accounting activities

• Ensuring accurate statutory and financial compliance

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: CA (Final Cleared Preferred)

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in finance & accounts

• Mandatory: Prior work experience in a CA firm

• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and regulatory framework

• Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
