Job Description – Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reports To: Finance Manager / Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including payables, receivables, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.).

• Verify invoices, payments, and expense reports for accuracy and approvals.

• Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, and working capital.

• Prepare and present MIS reports to management.

• Support finance automation and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/ICWA/MBA preferred).

• 3–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

• Hands-on experience with SAP / Finsys

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
