The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s full accounting cycle, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, payroll handling, and MIS reporting.
Maintain and oversee all accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor reconciliation & customer outstanding.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
Monitor day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation).
Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing.
Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and maintain required records.
Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements.
Generate MIS reports for management.
Analyze variances, expenses, and cost-saving areas.
Process monthly payroll, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Handle full & final settlements.
Ensure PF/ESIC challans are generated and filed on time.
Monitor stock valuation in coordination with stores & production.
Maintain asset register, depreciation schedules.
Assist in annual budgeting and financial forecasting.
Track budget vs. actual performance.
