Responsibilities - Data entry in ERP or Excel

- Making copies & filing documents

Preparing Delivery challan, E-invoice Online and offline

- Prepare E-invoice/Eway bill Online and offline:must

- Co-ordinate with bank for documents & payment

Check with the candidate:- Willing to travel in Mumbai region

Company is an export oriented company, during custom clearing  process some time the officer ask to for a representative for clarification same with GST and other department.

So traveling is not much and not regular only need to travel if necessary.

Skills - MS - Suite
