Revanta Foods Pvt. Ltd . is dealing in cans from China. We are looking for a proactive •Accounts & Import-Export Assistant• who can handle import documentation, track shipments, coordinate with •freight forwarders/customs agents, and support ••accounts and reporting•.

Responsibilities: -

- Handle import-export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin).

- Manage Bill of Entry (BoE), Shipping Bill, UTS Entries and customs procedures.

- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents for timely delivery.

- Record duties, vendor invoices, payments, and bank documentation.

- Prepare and share MIS R eports and shipment status with management.

- Ensure compliance with GST, DGFT, Customs, RBI import guidelines.

Requirements: -

- Graduate in Commerce/Accounts/International Trade preferred.

- 2–4 years’ experience in Import Documentation / Export Procedures / Accounts Work.

- Strong knowledge of Customs clearance, Freight forwarding, Payment terms (LC/TT).

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and reporting.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
