Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting financial reporting and compliance activities. The role ensures that financial transactions are recorded and processed in an accurate and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts).
Prepare and maintain ledgers, invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Helps in Inventory and Counter sales.
Maintain proper documentation for financial and tax purposes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
Proven work experience in accounting or finance (1–3 years preferred).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP).
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations.
Attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
Basic Excel knowledge (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
