Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Mumbai, India
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Accounting/Finance

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and will play a key role in supporting accounting and finance operations by coordinating with our head office based in Ahmedabad. This role requires strong communication, time management, and accounting software skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Prepare and issue sales and service invoices in coordination with relevant departments

·       Coordinate daily with the head office accounting team for finance-related matters

·       Assist in maintaining proper books of accounts, both digitally and physically

·       Compile and generate MIS (Management Information System) reports as per defined schedules

·       Support with data and documentation required for regulatory filings (GST, TDS, etc.)

·       Ensure all transactions are recorded in compliance with applicable accounting standards

·       Assist in audits and other compliance activities as and when required

·       Maintain organized financial records and ensure accuracy in all documentation

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

·       Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (preferably in a similar coordination role)

·       Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)

·       Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

·       Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Skills:

·       Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliance

·       Experience working with remote teams

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Work Environment:

·       Full-time position based in Mumbai

·       Regular virtual coordination with head office in Ahmedabad

·       Occasional travel to the head office (if required)
