Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting.

The candidate should be proficient in Tally (including Tally Prime), with hands-on experience in bank

reconciliation, invoice processing, E-Way bill generation, and routine accounting tasks. A sound

understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance is essential.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Maintain accurate accounts using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

• Record daily financial transactions: sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journals

• Generate Performa Invoices as required

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations

• Prepare and issue tax-compliant invoices

• Generate and manage E-Way Bills in line with GST compliance

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting

• Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions

• Support internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

• Skilled in PI (Performa Invoice) generation and bank reconciliation

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime

• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes

• Experience in invoice creation and E-Way bill generation

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and journal entries

• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or any finance- related field

• A Master’s degree such as MBA (Finance) will be considered an added advantage
