We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team at at Triveni Impex Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹25000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.

• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

• Maintenance of day to day Accounts , Preparation of Monthly Salary Sheet, Deposit of PF/ESI/Professional Tax ,TDS ,GST, Finalisation of Accounts, Compliance and filing of GST / TDS and annual ROC Returns ,Liasoning with the Branches/ Banks.

• MIS regarding Debtors/ Creditors , Product wise profitability Calculation

• Maintenance of Stock Record, Bank Reconciliation , Branch Reconciliation, Maintenance

• Staff imprest Accounting

Job Requirements:

• 5 YEARS having good knowledge of Finalisation of Accounts, TDS, GST
