Key Responsibilities
• Manage billing and invoicing for clients as per contracts.
• Perform bank reconciliation on a daily/weekly basis to ensure records match.
• Handle GST complianceincluding data preparation, return filing, and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/ERP
• Process and record accounts payable and receivable
• Support in preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance for audit and statutory requirements
• Co-ordinate with internal teams, banks, and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
••Requirements••
• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounts/Finance.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts (facility services background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ••GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles••.
• Proficiency in ••Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software••.
• Good communication and Hproblem-solving skills.
