Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Process and manage payments via various methods (e.g., cheque, NEFT/RTGS).

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.

• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve payment-related queries.

• Manage payroll processes and related records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).

• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with a specific accounting software (e.g., Zoho accounting system).

Salary

₹8,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month (depending on experience and location).
