We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have a background in the shipping industry and a strong command over Accounts Payable functions, Tally entries, and vendor coordination. This role will be pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable activities including processing, verification, and reconciliation of invoices.

• Record Tally entries, bill bookings, and ledger entries in a timely and accurate manner.

• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.

• Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for invoice clarifications and payment follow-ups.

• Support in monthly closing activities and assist in generating financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Accounts, Finance, or a related field.
