We have openings *Accounts Executive* for International school at Thane West

*Salary - Upto 35K*

*Education* : Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; CA/ICWA/CMA (intermediate) is a plus.

*Experience* : 2 to 4 years of experience as Accountant (experience in schools/educational institutions is a plus)

*Key Responsibilities* :

**1. Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping**

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

- Record journal entries, prepare ledgers, and manage trial balances.

- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

**2. Reconciliation & Payments**

- Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

- Prepare and process payments, ensuring timely clearance of vendor invoices and staff reimbursements.

- Assist in TDS, GST, PF, PT, and other statutory compliance.

**3. Payroll Support**

- Support HR and Chief Accountant in payroll processing.

- Maintain payroll records and assist in generating payslips.

**4. Reporting & Documentation**

- Prepare routine reports for management and audit purposes.

- Maintain proper documentation for all accounting transactions.

- Assist in audits by providing required financial records.

**5. Coordination & Process Improvement**

- Work closely with other departments like Administration, HR, and Procurement.

- Recommend improvements in accounting processes and efficiency.

*Skillsets* :

- Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, PF, PT compliance.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

*Age Criteria - Between 25 to 40 Years*
