We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team at at Salasar Techno Engineering Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹25000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
After receiving of work order file, we are providing work order file to production, inspection and Planning
department.
2. Scrutiny of commercial file.
3. Deviation if any to take up with customer and obtain amendment.
4. Advance bill to be raised.
5. Security deposit/ Bank Guarantee to be raised and submitted – till completion of the order. If any
validation is required. Amendment to be obtained for bank Guarantee.
6. Followup with production department(delivery period ) and Purchase (Material)
7. Followup with inspection department for material inspection, Call to be send by inspection department
and inspection department.
8. Despatch clearance from customer (rare case)
9. Dimension of material from stores (box making – packing)
10. Transport – offer to transportation
11. Comparative statement put up for approval (Head of department)
12. Service order to be placed to transporter.
13. Insurance of material to be despatch
14. Followup for inventory part number with concern department.
15. Packing list to be checked time to time (according to inspection report)
16. Prepare customer orders
17. Shipment by Stores (time to time follwoup)
18. Prepare Tax invoice (in IFS systems)
19. Prepare E-way bill
20. Followup with transporter for preparing Lorry Receipt (LR) and after prepared LR, we checked
21. Sacn all documents and send despatch intimation to party
22. Inspection documents to be collected
23. Inspection documents for Spares to be prepared
24. Letter to customer – Invoice covering letter for submission of invoice, inspection documents/ Bank
Guarantee
25. Despatch details to customer (means – docket number to be provided)
26. Followup with customer for receipted challan. MRRS ect.
27. Regular followup with customer for timely payment.
28. Maintain outstanding statements.
29. Maintain customer complaint
30. Collection of EMD (if any)/SD (if any)/ Bank Guarantee (if any)
31. LD-Followup for delivery period extension.
32. Prepared all required statements as rule for file close and put up file to HOD for closing file
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
