We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team Sahib Textiles Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Preparing & Reconciliation & Fillings of TDS, GSTR1, GSTR2, GSTR3B.

·         Finalization P &L, Balance Sheet Half Yearly & Yealy.

·         Generating well-formatted MIS reports to meet information needs of the top management.

·         Vendors, Customers and Transporters Agreement as per company policy & legal Laws.

·         Meticulously managing payable / receivables and maintaining up-to-date records of debtors with age-wise analysis.  Defining the credit policy of the company and driving collection initiatives to contain outstanding payments within acceptable limits. Scheduling payments to suppliers to retain continued interest in remaining associated with the company.

·         Key contributor in all strategic decisions of the company. Streamlined fund flows and maintained adequate liquidity to support day to day operations of the company.

Knowledge of Investment, Debt / Equity / Portfolio Management

Experience in E Commerence Accounting
