We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at Safecure Services Limited. The role involves managing preparing accurate reports, making invoices for ATM vertical. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for professional growth.



Key Responsibilities:







Billing and Invoicing:





Prepare and generate accurate invoices for clients in a timely manner.



Verify billing data against contracts and service delivery records.



Ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures.



Tally Software Management:





Maintain and update financial records using Tally ERP.



Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.



Reconcile accounts and ensure data accuracy within Tally.



Financial Data Entry & Maintenance:





Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.



Ensure timely entry of financial transactions into accounting software.



Communication & Coordination:





Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding billing and payments.



Clarify billing queries and provide necessary documentation.





Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is HSC pass-out and 1 - 3 years of experience in Accounting. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, Financing and analytical skills
