🔍 What We’re Looking For:

We need professionals who are not only strong in accounting principles but also proficient in using Zoho Books for day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, reporting, and reconciliation. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our financial processes are smooth, accurate, and compliant.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting records using Zoho Books

Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries

Generate financial reports and summaries

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings

Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting


🧠 Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping

Mandatory experience in Zoho Books

Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other finance tools

Good communication and organizational skills


💼 Job Details:

Position: Account Executive

Location: Borivali

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
