Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, managing inventory, coordinating dispatch and export documentation, handling statutory payments, and supporting audits and financial closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general accounting entries and manage accounts payable/receivable.

Prepare purchase/sales orders, invoices, e-way bills, and export documentation.

Manage stock/inventory and maintain dispatch and courier records.

Handle bank reconciliations and reconciliation of debtors/creditors.

Compute and ensure timely payments of GST, TDS, and other statutory dues.

Prepare financial reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for sales, purchases, payables, receivables, and inventory.

Assist in audits, internal financial reviews, and ROC-related documentation.

Manage payroll, salary statements, and employee reimbursements.

Handle petty cash and support financial health reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.

Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and documentation.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
