Experience: 1 year – 4 years (work challans and inventory movement)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the creation, tracking, and compliance of job work challans, delivery challans, and related documentation. This role requires close coordination with production, stores, vendors, and accounts to ensure accurate record-keeping and GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare job work challans with E-way bills, delivery challans, and stock transfer challans.

• Maintain accurate physical and digital records of challans.

• Coordinate with teams and vendors for acknowledgements and timely material returns.

• Ensure GST compliance and share data for ITC-04 filings and audits.

• Generate reports on pending returns and material movement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of challan formats, GST documentation, and job work processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/inventory software (Tally, Busy, SAP, Finsys).

• Excellent follow-up, coordination, and record-keeping abilities.
