Skills & Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in office equipment and Microsoft Office.
Pleasant and presentable
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role.
Should be fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records and logs.
Provide administrative support and handle basic office tasks.
Develop/maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle incoming emails and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
